In line with our commitment to provide a breakdown service second to none, it is our aim to respond to all breakdowns logged at our service centre within 12 business hours of receiving the call (8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday).
In addition we are targeting a response time of 6 - 8 hours for customers who are covered by our Jacksure maintenance program. During periods of particularly high demand we also utilise external contractors - such as electricians.
As New Zealand representatives for the German Weinig and Homag Groups we are best placed to offer the most efficient and cost effective service for all your machinery. All our technicians regularly visit our principals factories for technical training, and will be pleased to provide the best possible service for you.
