Service promises are easy to make, but often delivery can be a different matter. So we are prepared to back up our Jacksure plan with our ‘Service Satisfaction Guarantee'.
Should your machine have stopped (rather than be operating in a limited capacity) and you are unable to use it, if we fail to have a technician on site within 8 business hours from the time the job is logged with our Service Centre, then our technician's labour for that visit will be free (Any parts will be chargeable, if applicable.)
To recognise the fact that whilst your machine is under our 12 month comprehensive warranty there may be no chargeable labour costs anyway, we will for such events extend our normal warranty by one month for each failure to meet our stated response times.
