Virutex FR66P Surface Router

Virutex PFE60 Template for trimming worktops

Precise and solid template manufactured in phenolic material 12 mm thick. Watch a demonstration >>

• Specially designed for trimming and assembling work tops from 420 mm to 650 mm width.
• The assembling angle can be 45º or 90º.
• It is also possible to trimm radiuses for making the external round trimming.
• It is ideal to use with the routers model FR160P.
• Very easy to place and fix following the marked references on the template.

	Minimum trimming time - about 15 minutes to trim both sides of the work top.
	Steel stoppers
	Adjustable stopper for correct positioning - allowing correction of the angle between the wall and the worktop
	Cross form trimming for jointing both sides of worktop

Virutex PE60 Template for trimming ellipses and circles

Multi-radius template for trimming circular or elliptical forms. Ideal for manufacturing mirrors, windows, doors or any other decorative items by means of an elliptical or circular trimming.

The use of the two guide supports (standard equipment) allows the elliptical trimming and the use of only one support allows the circular external trimming or moulding.

Included are two rod guides Ø 8 mm for using with all the Virutex routers.

	Ellipses - -max. length of main axis: 3200 mm, -min. length of minor axis: 600 mm (with a router). Circle - max. diameter: 3200 mm, min. diameter 600 mm.
	Fixation by suction pads (included) or screws

Virutex SFV50 Vacuum Table

The vacuum table SFV50 is ideal for a quick fastening of a panel.
An efficient system to hold the panel and work in a comfortable way on all its edges.
For use with clean, smooth and non porous panels only.

	The SFV50 can be fixed to the workbench by means of the two clamp screws included as standard equipment
	Using two vacuum tables it is possible to hold larger panels
	Panels can be held in the horizontal or vertical position
