Weeke’s new Vantage 33L features a revolutionary construction method called SC Tech. Only from Weeke, it damps down resonance a staggering 10 times faster than traditional machines. This breakthrough technology has been coupled with Weeke’s rigid gantry frame design to produce a machine of blinding speed. Processing times are around 30% quicker than its nearest competitor.
At 96m/min, positioning is a blur. With the right tooling, routing speeds up to 65m/min have been demonstrated with very high standards of finish! 14 tools, high tech drill system, twin Z axis, and twin X axis drive with ‘speed of light’ fibre optic data communications, plus high efficiency auto cleaning and unloading.
Also included is a full design, nest and process-linked software package.

3600 x 1800mm with 14 tools, 105m/min speeds, and featuring the unique 'Otrix' rubber-free table, it takes nesting to a new level.
Loading is fully automatic, including 'zeroing' of the sheet - no labour! Auto zoning of the vacuum table accommodates different sheet sizes, and when the job’s done, unloading to a sorting station is automatic too. Even part labelling can be automatic!
Complex work is handled easily thanks to the large tool changer and 'C' axis positioning of aggregates and cutter paths.
