Non-contact measuring of all tools

The Weinig OptiControl tool measuring system allows precise optical measurement of all tools, including conventional drilling, PowerLock or hydro tools.

This makes the set-up a process easy. The measuring is carried out with maximum precision thanks to the 20x optical enlargement.

Once the working dimensions have been determined, the profile measurement is added, yielding the exact setting for the machine.

The process can be further simplified by using a PC together with the PowerCom software. Profiles can be created, and the data can be transferred online to the moulding machine.
