HOMAG in New Zealand
In Germany, Homag Group have announced today that all their products for panel processing will in future be presented world-wide under a single brand name: HOMAG.
What does this announcement mean for us in NZ? In short: it’s business as usual.
- Brandt edgebanders remain available exclusively from Jacks, but now under the HOMAG brand. These are the most popular machines in NZ with specifications that cover at least 95% of the NZ panel-processing market.
- Jacks will continue to supply Weinmann equipment to the prefabrication industry as previously.
- All other equipment from the HOMAG range continues to be handled by Alexis Pantelides (HOMAG NZ)
- Jacks continues to be responsible for aftersales service and spare parts for all products manufactured by the HOMAG Group, including the former brands Brandt, Weeke, Bütfering, Holzma, Friz, Ligmatech, Bargstedt & Torwegge.
