Comfort, power and precision are the hallmarks of Mafell’s P1cc jigsaw.

The CUprex compact motor that delivers 900 Watt of power and consistently high speeds even during long cuts. When using Mafell sawblades the P1 cc offers cutting depths in the range from 64 to 115mm.

At the heart of the P1 cc is the CUmax sawblade clamping system. Alongside the power of the compact motor, strong sole plate and CUnex precision sawblade, you’re ensured of perfectly square cuts even when working with a rail over long distances. No guide jaws means friction-induced heat, which can cause deformation of the sawblade, cannot arise because the clamping system is designed entirely without guiding elements.

A clever integrated blower that conveys chips to the rear of the machine keep the mark free from chips at all times. The workplace therefore remains clean and the mark visible, even if an extractor isn’t connected.

With 11 different sawblades available the P1cc is suitable for cutting wood, laminates, plastic, metal, timber containing metal, gypsum, melamine resin panels and fibre-cement. Add the MAFELL F guide rail system and you have a versatile and powerful system of cutting.

A super-strong sole plate

In order not to compromise the strength of the standard sole plate a separate tilting plate was developed.

Long straight cuts with the guide rail

If exactly straight cuts are required, the P1cc can be used in conjunction with the F guide rail.

CUmax sawblade

The innovative CUmax sawblade clamping ensures a positive fit because of a wedge pushing against the blade. This design reliably fastens the sawblade so that it cannot be displaced.

CUnex W1 blade

The CUnex W1 blade consists of two separate soldered sawblades. The blades strength and wedge shape ensures precise and square sawing, even when cutting curves.

Max. saw blade Ø 800 - 3000 strokes per minute
