The FR series Copy Routers work from an interchangeable, pre-designed metal template. Often used for key locks, the shape is transferred to the workpiece by using one of the two copy pins to trace the template.
Copy Routers can also produce rectangular, square shapes or slots without a template by setting the four head guides to the required positions. The routing method is fast, accurate and can be utilised with unskilled labour.
The portable FR223 features a powerful and reliable induction motor allowing milling on up to 3 mm aluminium plates.
The adjustable lubrication and coolant spray system operates whenever the router is working for longer tool life and a higher cut quality.
