The OptiCut 450 series is equipped with the unique VarioSpeed infeed system, which reduces the gaps between boards and allows the saw to cut without interruption.
High grip feed rollers to suit your material
The specially designed HighGrip feed rollers are developed to handle different materials. These rollers ensure effective gripping to transfer the board with high acceleration and deceleration rates, guaranteeing superb cut accuracy.
OptiCut 450 Quantum
The OptiCut 450 Quantum is designed for record-breaking speed: up to 540 cuts per minute. The fastest crosscut saw in the world, yet you still get Dimter's accuracy, reliability and optimisation, at up to 415m/min.
OptiCut 450 FJ+
The OptiCut 450 FJ+ is characterised by a special feed system which ensures secure transportation of even the shortest pieces of quality wood. The machine can retain full control at the end of the board over short parts up to 110mm, which are reliably separated from the waste and transferred to the sorting station. This results in a hugely increased yield in the case of finger jointing operation.
