The CRM250S is a heavy duty copy router designed to machine on 3 sides of the profile without releasing the workpiece.
The three independent spindles with pneumatically controlled tracing pins ensure the datum point is the same across all 3 faces as there is no movement of the workpiece, making the CRM250S both extremely accurate and fast.
The hollowed base allows for through cutting while the horizontal and vertical clamps prevent any movement of the workpiece. Table extensions with end stops to the left and right are provided as standard to support longer profiles.
Precision is guaranteed with each tracing pin having 4 compensation points for the tool diameter being used: ø 0, 5, 8 and 10mm.
