The TimberPress  X300 is designed for producing CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) in dimensions of up to 18.0m length and 3.5m width, with custom dimensions available on request. These hydraulic CLT presses are appropriate for high production factories.

Depending on your requirements, the longitudinal and cross layers can be compressed of loose workpieces as well as glued boards. In addition to vertical pressure, the press can also be equipped either with longitudinal and cross pressure units for unmatched finish quality.

Special features of the X300:

  • modular design, extendable in a pattern of 600 mm
  • fully automatic feeding and discharge with belt conveyors
  • crosswise alignment with hydraulic pressure elements in a pattern of 1200mm (optionally 600mm)
  • lengthwise alignment with hydraulic pusher device against fences
