Clear control panel with simple adjustment of the aggregates
Adjusting of the aggregates, the feed speed and sanding depth can be carried out quickly, simply and accurately all from the control panel. A particular highlight is the digital grain compensation which does not require the machine to be opened. Using a switch on the control panel the machine can be set to the correct sanding belt grain or set to sand using the sanding shoe.
Belt guidance system
The belt guidance system scans the workpiece using a modular spotlight and activates the electro-pneumatic belt guidance system, which moves the belt fowards and backwards.
The belt control system regulates the belt movement with electronically guided photo cells. Should the belt be at risk of coming loose, the belt control system stops the belt motor immediately.
Sanding pad
Sanding pad for fine finishing and veneer work. The unit can be also be used without engaging the sanding pad, in combination with the contact roller aggregate for general sanding work with a two-belt operation.
Feed speed adjustments
The feed speed can be adjusted between 0.1 - 10 m/min. The speed can also be adjusted during the sanding process. This guarantees that the optimum speed setting for the material and sanding belt grain can be achieved.
Perfect sanding results
Powerful motors ensure perfect sanding results. The constant power transmission onto the sanding aggregates is a significant factor in the process of producing a high quality sanding finish.
